We are going to have our practice in the ocean on Saturday 9/24 at 8:00 AM!

Location: Vista Park, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33308

If marine forecast doesn’t let us swim we will try to have regular Saturday practice at the pool at 8:30 AM.

We need two parent volunteers to look after athlete’s belongings from 8:00 to 9:30 AM, as we are going to swim in the water. Please email to fourstrokesfl@gmail.com if you can volunteer!

Every swimmer required to have a swimmers buoy! No one will be allowed to swim without one!

We will have multiple certified lifeguards out in the water with the kids. Two certified coaches/lifeguards will be on paddleboards to supervise/guide athletes in the water!
